Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Usually, we can change/cancel your order within 12 hours after your purchase. However, if the order has been packed and shipped, we will not be able to change/cancel it. In any case, if you have any questions, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.
How long will it take for my purchased products to arrive?
The delivery time for standard orders is 2-5 working days after placing the order. Your order should be delivered within 2 working days after you receive the shipment notification email. However, there may be factors beyond our control that cause delays.
How can I track my parcel?
